If you're looking for a velvet cape, you'll find ours are the best! Here's why:
We use special techniques to get perfectly neat, smooth seams. If you see velvet (especially silk velvet) capes elsewhere, check for puckering and wrinkling at the seams. This is a common flaw in many velvet garments. But you will not find it in ours! We take our quality very seriously.
Tres Riches Houppelandes The most voluminous houppelandes you've ever seen. Closely based on the dress of nobles in the Tres Riches Heures du Duc de Berry. Specially constructed for the period-correct arrangement of folds, continuing up over the chest, toward the shoulder. For men and women. In cobalt silk or hay green.
