All sales are final, both garments and fabric.  Garments are made for the measurements you provide, so please make sure that those measurements are correct.  See How to Measure.

We never share your information with anyone. We always respect your privacy.

In stock fabrics ship within 1-2 business days.

Garments: 

Please allow 4 weeks for order production.  Custom and special items require more production time when noted.  We begin your order production when payment is received.  For online orders with credit or debit cards, payment is usually processed and received when the order is submitted.  For mail orders, payment is considered received when your check or money order clears.  Custom order production (including procurement of special materials) begins when payment is received. 

Our garments are handmade, and constructed to have minimal to no visible machine stitching.   If you have extra requirements for reasons of historical accuracy, contact us and we can align our techniques with your requirements. 

Any of our styles can be enhanced with laces, fancy trims, beading, freshwater pearls and more, beyond what is shown here.  We can make it as regal and richly embellished as you wish!

If you would like a style shown here in a different fabric or color, feel free to inquire. Don't worry, there's no obligation to place an order. We’ll do our best to locate suitable fabrics, then let you know how price and timeframe might change. We work primarily in natural fibers such as silk, linen, wool, and cotton.

We do not work with real fur.

Custom orders: We do accept custom orders!  Feel free to contact us to discuss your ideas and budget.    

Our line currently focuses on the European Renaissance, however we are eager to expand into more eras and genres.  If you are looking for something in particular, just contact us- we have many other styles in the works!

Shipping:

Orders are shipped by USPS.  We've found that they offer the best prices for our package sizes.  For your protection, your purchase is shipped fully insured.  Your order represents a significant investment of time, work, and money, so it's well worth it to spend just a few extra dollars for insurance.

We'll pack your order with care, but cannot be responsible for the unlikely event of theft or damage in transit.

If you want extra security, we can ship with a signature required for receipt.  No extra charge, just contact us to let us know.
